Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

3. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will guide you through the exchange process.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
